  9. Program adds launch menu filled with Program Manager 
  10. items to VB menubar.    
  11.  
  12. To use: Put LAUNCH.DLL in your Windows system directory. 
  13. VB will be launched if not running before program is loaded. 
  14.  
  15. Enhancements in this version:
  16.  
  17. 1) Program manager groups are accessed directly rather than 
  18.    through DDE. Program loads *much* faster.
  19.  
  20. 2) Free resources and current time are displayed on VB titlebar.
  21.  
  22. 3) Utilities menu added with one item: Print Sub - to print the 
  23.    current sub. Note: There is no word wrap in the printout.

  26. Notes:

  28. 1) Program will terminate after VB does. You may also close the 
  29.    program through task manager.
  30.  
  31. 2) Launch menu is set for 50 groups, 750 items max.
  32.  
  33. 3) Some utility programs may check VB title bar for its status. 
  34.    So, these programs may be affected by the change in title text. 
  35.    To remove this feature from the program open VBLAUNCH.EXE with 
  36.    MSWRITE and search on "XXXX". Simply change one of the letters 
  37.    and save with changes.
